Your data and privacy.

NextCaller stores your account email, a password hash, account sessions, studio data and records of payments and credit usage. Stripe processes card details; NextCaller does not store full card numbers.

Using AI

When you start a call, audio is sent to OpenAI to produce the conversation. Caller generation sends your creative brief and character information. Do not put passwords or other secrets in caller prompts. The hosted voice integration requests that provider session recording is disabled; provider retention and processing policies still apply.

Your recordings

The studio’s recording feature stores recordings in your browser. Download recordings you want to keep. They do not automatically appear on another device or in a server backup.

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Payment processing may use cookies on Stripe’s pages. This website does not include advertising trackers.

Account and storage requests

Use the support contact displayed in your account for privacy requests. The operator’s contact details and the final workspace-retention policy must be published before live sales open.
